Connections in words

An approval is meaningful only when it identifies the content and version reviewed.

More than a file in a folder

A storyboard can refer to Scene 12, Shot 12B, the Camera and Art departments, responsible people and a Production Day. Those connections explain why the artifact matters.

Version, review, approval and final

A submitted version freezes the content under review. The workflow defines stages and eligible review. A decision records approval of that version. Final selection stays explicit; a new upload does not inherit an old approval.

Context is not access

Connecting a Resource to a Person, Group, Scene or Shot provides relevance. Current resource authority still determines who may read, submit or review it.
